Hi, I am Andrea, an Italian graphic designer with a Master degree in communication design at the Politecnico of Milano (2008) and a background in wayfinding design and typography. My graduation project was Flaminia OS, an opensource typographic system to test fonts to be used in wayfinding design; you can read about it on Slanted#18 or Typo#35.

After an experience in the wayfinding firm Mijksenaar in Amsterdam and one in Genova as a freelance designer at Harta Design, I strengthened my skills in editorial design and brand identity working as a Senior Designer for the Milano-based studio Leftloft and then collaborated with the web agency Bitmama mainly on web projects in the Fashion & Luxury field.

Meanwhile, I was a Type design and wayfinding teacher and was part of the teaching staff of the 2016 Summer Camp in Bari where the identity of La Scuola Open Source was defined.

In January 2016 I co-founded the multi-disciplinary design studio Display.
